STEP 1

Getting to know
each other

Like any first date, the initial meeting is all about getting to
know each other and to see if there is a "spark" so to speak.
This is an opportunity for both parties to ask questions.
From our side we will ask questions like, "What are your
objectives?" "What are your current pain points?" "What
does success look like for your business from a scale point
of view?" Along with a few technical questions around the
current systems and infrastructure. Off the back of this
conversation, we will be able to provide a high-level cost.

STEP 2

Non-Disclosure Agreement

If our First call went well, and both parties agree that
it is a match and would like to move forward, we will
supply a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA 
protects you and ensures that any information
provided to us is kept safe, and will not be shared 
with third parties.

STEP 3

Discovery 

 

Now we get down to business. The discovery process
is a collaborative investigation where we take stock
of where you are, and how Hooligan can achieve the 
desired objectives. We also use this time to get a 
clear understanding of the direction your business is 
going.

STEP 4

Time to talk money

Based on the information we have collated through
the discovery process we will provide insights and a 
roadmap based on the scale and objectives of the
tasks at hand. Furthermore, we will be able to supply
you with an accurate costing for engineers and 
specialists.

STEP 5

The Legal Stuff

Should you be happy with the offer and accept it, we will
draw up a service level agreement (SLA) and a statement
of work (SOW). These two documents will lay out how we 
work together (the SLA) and what we work on specifically 
with our engineering team(s) (the SOW). The rules of 
engagement as it were.
